How Do You Cook Salmon - What is the best way to cook salmon? I see there is sale on salmon and wanted to give it a try. Is it Okey to take a recipe for some other fish and use it with salmon?

I'm reading the ad and it states that this is farm grown salmon. What would taste better Farm grown salmon or wild salmon? I'm assuming wild is better. Would you cook it any different though? like would one have less nutrients than the other?
