Kitchen Scale

Looking to buy a kitchen scale, which one would you recommend or do you have any suggestions for the best kitchen scale. I am looking at the American Weigh Signature Series Black Digital Pocket Scale, 1000 by 0.1 grams What stands out is that it weighs items up to 1000 grams and has a ten year warranty versus the Ohaus SPJ Carat and Gold Balances which weighs upto 2000 grams but is $200. Is the price difference worth it? I don't want to buy something that will break in a year or so.

Another Brand I was looking at is the EatSmart Precision Pro - Multifunction Digital Kitchen Scale w/ Extra Large LCD and 11 Lb.

I do cook quite often and want to add the best kitchen or gram scale to my list of kitchen gizmos.
