Substitute Olive Oil For Butter

Substitute Olive Oil For Butter:

I like baking and cooking but I can't use butter called for in the ingredients anymore. My lab test showed my cholesterol on the high limit.
I love olive oil and I would like to use it for my baking and cooking instead of butter but I don't know
how much olive oil I should use to be equivalent to the amount of butter given in the recipes. I need a chart
to facilitate the transition. Can you help?
