Ok So I want to start a raw food diet. Sounds great. Now what? what is the next step. How do I get from being an obese McDonald addict to a healthy energetic person. I need your opinion, help, advice.

I've grown up on Happy Meals, it was great, but now I have a disgusting feeling that I have been had. I watched that movie about that guy who ate Mcdonalds food in 30 days the doctors told him to stop and they were alarmed at what was happening to his health. Well I have 30 years of that so called food in me. Any Input would be helpful.

Also what types of levels there are like I know vegetarian, vegan is raw food diet one of these two or is it something separate.

Starting a raw food diet for weight loss is easy

If you slowly ease into a raw food diet for weight loss then its best. From what I'm gathering having greens in your diet will help immensely try adding salads to your daily diet.

Raw food diet does work

As long as you treat it as a lifestyle change and not that when you loose the weight you'll get back to the same food that helped you become overweight. So I encourage you to seek a raw food diet if you intend to stick with it. Otherwise you will gain the weight back. Here is a raw diet book that is getting a lot of good reviews from the readers. I haven't checked it out myself.

How Is The Raw Food Diet Working Out With You

I wanted to say something you probably already know. Diet alone is not going to do it you need to add some sort of activity in your life. Raw food diet will give your body what it needs to become healthy but gradual increase in your daily activity in combination with raw food diet will really show you results in months. You might start feeling it in weeks. Excercise and diet go hand in hand.

Vegetarian And Vegans What is the differnece

Vegetarians eat everything but meat, fish and poultry.
Vegans like Vegetarians don't eat meat, fish and poultry. Plus they don't touch Dairy products like milk yogurt and cheese Plus they don't eat eggs.
