How Do You Start Raw Food Diet for weight loss
Ok So I want to start a raw food diet. Sounds great. Now what? what is the next step. How do I get from being an obese McDonald addict to a healthy energetic person. I need your opinion, help, advice.
I've grown up on Happy Meals, it was great, but now I have a disgusting feeling that I have been had. I watched that movie about that guy who ate Mcdonalds food in 30 days the doctors told him to stop and they were alarmed at what was happening to his health. Well I have 30 years of that so called food in me. Any Input would be helpful.
Also what types of levels there are like I know vegetarian, vegan is raw food diet one of these two or is it something separate.
