Armenian Sujuk (Soujouk) A Beef Sausage Recipe
1- Mix well all the above ingredients.
2- Pick up a chunk from the sujuk meat, the size of a lime, and flatten it between your palms as demonstrated in my video.
3- Heat a large pan, add some oil to cover the bottom and fry the sujuk 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
4- Do not under cook.
The results are amazing. My family loves it. Make sure you make enough.
To serve Sujuk, cut into slices to serve as an appetizer.
