Healthy Arugula salad recipe raw foods salad recipes is served with BBQ, and many other main dishes.  Also it is fresh and has a delicious flavor.  Arugula, has many vitamins in it as Mariette explains in the video.   With the tomato, green onion, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt and lets not forget the jalapeno that adds a little spiciness to this salad.  You can cut the Arugula, or even just keep it whole if it is baby Arugula. Very easy to put together. Can be served as part of mezza (appetizer).  Add this recipe to your salads menu.

Instructions:

1) Wash the Arugula 3 to 4 times until the water is clear.

2) After chopping the Arugula, add to the mixing bowl.

3) Add the tomato, jalapeno, green onions, lemon or lime juice, olive oil, and sprinkle salt to taste.

4) Mix together well and serve.

 

Ingredients: 
  1. 4 bunch Arugula, cut to size preferred, ends cut off
  2. 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  3. 1 bunch green onion, thinly sliced
  4. 1 jalapeno, chopped
  5. 1 lime or lemon juice
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1 tablespoon olive oil
