Asian Chicken Wings Recipe

Instructions:

1) Cut the chicken wings at each joint to 3 pices.  (Discard Tip) (Total of now 30 pieces)

2) In a mixing bowl, add the ketchup, garlic chili sauce, crushed garlic, sugar, Hoisin sauce, Worcestershire sauce, vegetable oil, soy sauce,  ginger and salt to taste.

3) Mix all the ingredients together and spread all over the chicken wings. 

4) Place in the fridge to marinate for 2 hours.

5) Preheat oven at 450 degrees F.

6) Place one layer of chicken wings on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.

7) Turn chicken wings and bake for another 20 minutes or until all the sauce has absorbed.

8) Place onto serving dish or tray. Enjoy!

  1. 15 Chicken Wings
  2. 1/4 cup Ketchup
  3. 1 tablespoon sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 2 tablespoon Garlic chili Sauce
  6. 2 tablespoon fresh garlic, crushed
  7. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  8. 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  9. 1 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
  10. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  11. 1 teaspoon fresh Ginger, minced
