Avocado Mango Salsa

Avocado Mango Salsa - Mango Salsa Recipe

This colorful salsa recipe add a festive color to your serving plate when accompanied by your favorite been or chicken recipe. Mexican cooking at its best, with this healthy, light and flavorful salsa recipe.  The jalapeno, can always be taken out of the recipe, to make it a milder for more of a kid friendly option.  But for those who love the heat, you can actually add some cayenne pepper to bring it up a noch. Make sure to make plenty, especially if you are having a party, as this dish will be gone in no time at all.

I personally liked this salsa with some blue tortilla chips.  Just lovely.

1) In a medium size bowl, add  the chopped mango and avocado.

2) Squeeze the lime juice onto the mango and avocado, add the cherry tomatoes, cilantro, red onions, jalapeno, cumin, salt to taste and extra virgin olive oil.

3) Mix together well, and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.  The longer the flavors marinate together, the more flavorful the salsa will be. Preferrably 1 hour is plenty of time.

4) Enjoy by your favorite recipes, or serve it as a dip with tortilla chips.

5) Enjoy!
