Creamy Mac and Cheese Recipe

1) In a large pot of boiling water, cook the pasta for 4 to 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.

2) In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs, pour in the half and half and buttermilk, garlic powder and salt to taste.

3) Add the cheese's, sharp cheddar, muenster cheese, and jack cheese.

4) Incorporate the pasta into the cheese mixture.

5) Preheat oven at 375 degrees F.

6) In a baking dish like Pyrex, spray or grease the dish ( spray canola oil).

7) Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.

8) Sprinkle the shark cheddar, jack cheese and parmesan cheese on top.

9) Place the dish in the oven and cook for 50 minutes.

10) Remove from oven and allow to settle for 10 to 15 minutes.

11) And serve!  Enjoy!
