Garlic Broccoli Salad Recipe - A great way to get those greens in your daily diet program.  Its not only easy to put together it is also a great delicious side dish recipe. If you have kids, grand kids or nieces and nephews you will see how the will gobble up these green broccoli.

It is wise to add garlic and broccoli to your diet. Consuming these healthy ingredients raw is always better but I also like them sauteed. Once you get into the habit of making sautes it is hard not to try different variations just for the fun of it.

1) In a deep frying pan, melt the butter and heat the olive oil.

2) Saute the garlic for 1 minute.

3) Add the blanched broccoli florets and toss with the butter, oil and garlic.

4) Season with salt and black pepper.

5) Cook together for 5 minutes.

6) Serve and Enjoy!

  3. 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  4. 1 to 1 1/2 pounds, broccoli, florets, blanched
