Goat Cheese & Yellow Pepper Dip

Perfect dip or spread with your favorite bread or chips.  Try it with lavash, or pita chips.  Its a great party appetizer.Goat Cheese with Yellow Pepper Dip Spread Recipe. Also our how to make goat cheese recipe.Instructions:1)  Preheat oven 375 degrees F2) On a baking tray place the yellow peppers and jalapenos and brush with a little bit of oil and roast turning as needed until soft and a the skin a little charred, about 30 to 35 minutes.3) Remove from the oven into a plate and cover with plastic.4) Once it is cool enough to handle remove the skin.5) Using a food processor add the peppers and pulse several times. 6) Place the goat cheese, lime juice, dill, cayenne pepper, black pepper and salt to taste.7) Pulse until combined well.8) And serve!*NOTE - Serve with flat bread or pita chips.  

  1. 2 yellow peppers, halved, seeded
  2. * 2 jalapeno peppers, cut in half and de-seeded
  3. * 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
  4. * 8 ounces sharp soft goat cheese (224 g)
  5. * 2 tablespoons chopped dill, plus 1 sprig for garnish (30 ml)
  6. * 1 tablespoon lime juice (15 ml)
  7. * Coarse salt and fresh cracked black pepper
  8. * Pinch cayenne, optional
  9. * Lavash crackers, for dipping
