Healthy Turkey Meatloaf Recipe is one that you will want to bake over and over again. Using Lean Turkey breast makes this a light and low fat dish. It contains significantly much less fat than other turkey loafs without sacrificing taste or texture. Serving this healthy meatloaf recipe with salad, or your favorite steamed vegetables will be a great accompaniment. It is presentable on the dinner table, and the left overs are perfect for the next day to be used for sandwiches, or heat it up for a quick supper.
1- Preheat oven to 350 degree farenheit
2- Coat a small skillet with vegetable oil or coat it with cooking spray, add onion and garlic and sautee over medium heat for 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
2- Transfer the onion mixture into a large mixing bowl and let it cool down for few minutes.
3- Add to the bowl, the ground turkey, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup ketchup, egg white, worsesterchire, salt and pepper and mix well.
4- place the meat mixture into a 8 x 4 inch loaf pan.
5- spread remaining 1/2 cup of ketchup over the loaf.
6- Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the middle of the loaf reads 165 degrees farenheit and the center is no longer pink.
7- Let the loaf stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before slicing.

- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 pounds extra lean ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
