Egg Recipes: Sujuk with Eggs

1- Cut the cooked Armenian Sujuk, Sausage, patties into small bite size chunks.
2- Heat 1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil in a medium size non stick pan and saute in the oil for just a few moments.
2- Break the eggs onto the Sujuk, mis and cook for 2 minutes.
3- Sprinkle a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper if desired.
4- Serve this delicious Sujuk and eggs hot with fresh tomato wedges and pita bread or any bread of your choice.
