Sweet Sour Chicken Wings
The Sweet And Sour Chicken recipe is easy to prepare and cook. The wings have a different and unique taste, perfect for parties and friendly get togethers. When you serve the Sweet and Sour Chicken wings make sure you provide with a lot of napkins, because this is one meal the forks and knives will stay untouched and clean on the table.

Chicken wings are sold in almost every supermarket. I buy mine from Costso, where they sell packed. You can also find the wings sold by pound.
1 - prepare the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together until sugar is disolved. set it aside.
2 - Wash and pat dry the chicken wings.
3 - Heat enough oil to fry the chicken wings.
4 - fry the chicken in the hot oil for about 6 to 7 minutes, then turne them over with slotted spoon and fry the other side for 2 to 3 minutes. The wings should be cooked well. ( take into consideration that the cooking time will vary according to the size and the thickness of the wings.)
5 - Transfer the cooked wings onto a kitchen towel to absorb the excess fat.
6 - In a clean, large pan, add the prepared sauce, add the onion powder. Mix well.
7 - Add the chicken wings to the sauce and mix making sure each wing is covered with sauce.
8 - Sprinkle the sesame seeds and serve.
- For The Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
- 2 Tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
- 1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper(optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion pouder
- Mix until the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
- For the Chicken
- Enough oil to cover the chicken wings.
- 1 or 2 tablespoon sesame seeds.
