Three Bean Salad Recipe

This three salad recipe is perfect for summer or winter doesn't mean you can't make it for fall or spring. This three bean salad recipe goes perfect with kebabs and actually is quite fulfilling on its own. As you notice this recipe video is quite short since this is such a quick salad to make but don't let that fool you it is an absolute delight to eat. Give it a try.


1) Prepare all your vegetables, then in a mixing bowl add the garbanzo, kidney and black beans, garlic, green onions, red bell pepper, parsley and mix together well. 

2) In another small bowl, add the cumin powder, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and salt to taste.  Mix together.

3) Pour the dressing onto the bean salad and toss together.  

4) Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnite.  

5) And Serve!

  1. red kidney beans 15 oz can
  2. black beans 15 oz can
  3. garbanzo beans 15 oz can
  4. 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  5. 3 green onions, finely chopped
  6. 1/2 red bell pepper, cubed in small pieces
  7. 4 to 5 tablespoon chopped parsley
  8. For the dressing:
  9. 1 teaspoon, cumin powder
  10. 1/4 cup, red wine vinegar,
  11. 1/3 cup, extra virgin olive oil
  12. salt to taste
