Turkey Meatloaf Recipe
This is an easy turkey meatloaf recipe. The turkey meatloaf can be served for lunch or dinner and is just great to prepare quick and healthy sandwitches.
Instructions:
1) preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2) in a small skillet heat the oil and sautee the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
3).transfere the sauteed onion and garlic to a bowl and let it cool down for few minutes.
4) add turkey, egg, bread crumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to onion, and mix well to combine.
5) pack the meatloaf into an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan and spread the remaining 1/2 cup ketchap over it.
6) bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until the inserted thermometer reads 165 degree and the center of the loaf is not ping any longer.
7) let it stand 5 minutes in room temperature before slicing.

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 medium size chopped onion
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and black pepper to taste
