Vegetarian Lavash Wrap with Goat Cheese & Fresh Herbs Recipe - This lavash recipe is a great finger food and perfect for parties and gatherings.

1) Lay one Lavash Bread flat on a clean surface and spread the red pepper paste all over.

2) Crumble a little goat cheese.

3) And drizzle a little olive oil all over.

4) Add the pitted olives, fresh mint leaves, basil and oregano

5) Then the tomato, red onion, cucumber bell peppers.

6) Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

7) Starting at one end of the lavash, start rolling the bread, wrap with foil and refrigerate for atleast 2 hours.

8) Slice by cutting about 1 1/2 to 2 inch rounds and lay flat on a serving dish.

9) Enjoy!
