Vegetarian Omelette

Here is a perfect Breakfast Omelette or Vegetarian Omelette is easy to make and helps us add some vegetables to our diet.

Crack each egg into a mixing bowl and beat until well incorporated. Add the mushrooms, parsley, red bell peppers, green onions, green chilies [Optional] salt and black pepper to taste. Mix together.

On high heat place a frying pan, add the vegetable oil, allow to get hot. Pour the egg mixture, cover and cook on high for a minute, then lower heat to low and cook for 5 minutes. Flip over to other side cook for another 3 to 4 minutes then serve.

Comment: I find it funny how this is called a vegetarian omelette when it has eggs.
Answer: Not being a vegetarian I was confused too at one time. Then my daughter explained (she is a vegetarian, ) That People who don't eat eggs and dairy product are called Vegans.

This is a great way to feed your kids vegetables, they'll love it.

  2. Parsley - 3 Tablespoon - Finely Chopped
  3. Mushroom - 3 to 4 Count - Thinly Sliced
  4. Green Onion - 2 Count - Finely Chopped
  5. Red Bell Pepper - 2 Tablespoon - Chopped
  6. Green Chilies - 2 Count - Finely Chopped [Optional]
  7. Vegetable Oil - 1 Tablespoon
  8. Black Pepper - To Taste
  9. Salt - To Taste
